Tierra Nueva Cohousing is approximately half way between Los Angeles and San Francisco on the central coast of California.

From the North:
Take the Halcyon Road exit off the 101.
Continue south on Halcyon Road.
Turn right at Highway 1 (Cienaga Street).
Turn right at Tierra Nueva (1 block from Halcyon).

From the South:
Take the CA-227/Grand Avenue exit off the 101 and turn left.
Turn left onto S. Halcyon Rd.
Turn right on Highway 1 (Cienaga Street).
Turn right on Tierra Nueva.

When you arrive at Tierra Nueva Lane, drive into the community and find guest parking either at the lower or upper parking lots. Please do not drive into our neighbor’s driveway (indicated by a Stop sign as you proceed up the hill). You can also find parking on Christmas Tree Place by turning left on Christmas Tree Place before entering the community.
