$1100 +utilities 1 bedroom upstairs, very large room with large closet space. 2 skylights and sunrise facing, gets beautiful light all day, hint of a beach view from the corner windows.
$800+utilities for Small bedroom downstairs with its own entrance to outside. Large closet space with storage room on top as well. Bathroom right outside bedroom door, tub with shower.
Shared bathroom downstairs with whoever lives in upstairs and downstairs bedroom unless both bedrooms are wanted by one person/couple.
It is $1900 for both bedrooms and downstairs bathroom
Utilities vary month to month but would probably be around $100-200 per person
Communal living room and kitchen space shared with the entire house. No pets preferred as our dog is reactive to many animals as well as small children, BUT child or small pet may be okay circumstantially. He is better with older children and some pets but unfortunately depends case by case.
Move in date would be September 1st through end of lease which is January 31st with possibilty to renew for another year should things work out and the landlord wants to re-up as well.
To move in we will need a rental application filled out and sent to Anosheh the landlord and he must approve it as well to add to the lease agreement. first months rent and a deposit of the same amount.
