Welcome to Tierra Nueva Cohousing
Welcome! Life at Tierra Nueva is reopening cautiously regarding COVID. Most of us are vaccinated. Our new community agreement COVID Reopening Phase 1 states that we can be unmasked outside, in accordance with county recommendations. We are still enjoying outdoor Saturday evening picnics on our central Green. The vegetable garden now sports new raised beds (those darn gophers!)! We are grateful to have a supportive community where we can still connect.
There is so much to learn about cohousing, a lifestyle very different than most neighborhoods. If you’re already familiar with the cohousing philosophy (including consensus-based decision-making, contributions of time to the community, and shared resources), and you’re interested in learning more about this particular community, you’re in the right place!
